X-Perience – Short biography

X-Perience is a synth-pop band from Berlin. In 1996, “A Neverending Dream” became a top-5 hit with gold status, and the debut album “Magic Fields” went platinum in Finland. Songs such as “Circles of Love”, “I Don’t Care” and “Island of Dreams” – the theme of the TV show “Expedition Robinson” – followed, as well as duets with Joachim Witt and Midge Ure. The hit lives on: Mythos ’N Watergate (aka DJ Quicksilver), Cascada and Pulsedriver covered “A Neverending Dream”, and in 2024 Scooter adopted its chorus – melody and lyrics – for “I Keep Hearing Bingo”. All six studio albums entered the German album charts – from the debut “Magic Fields” (no. 22) to “555” (2020, no. 23) and “We Travel the World” (2023, no. 16).

In 2026 the band opened a new chapter with Veerle as its new voice: Matthias Uhle and Alexander Kaiser are leading X-Perience into its next musical era together with her. The sound has become fresher and more modern without losing what defines X-Perience – big melodies, atmospheric synthesizers, electronic beats and its own blend of melancholy and euphoria. The 7th album is in the works.

On stage, the band presents its show “Miami Dark”: classics from over three decades, new songs, unique X-Perience mashups and original arrangements, combined with an integrated light and video concept.
