How it works
How to play in 80 seconds
Black and White take turns placing stones on the intersections. A group without free neighbouring points (“liberties”) is captured. You may not immediately recapture a single stone that was just taken (ko), and suicide is not allowed. When both pass in a row, the game is scored: stones plus enclosed territory, and White gets 6.5 points compensation (komi). Tap dead stones first.
The computer opponent comes from the X-Perience app – the same four levels, on your phone and here.
Online with friends
Choose “Online”, create a room and send the link. Whoever opens it taps “Join” – done, no account. Every move is checked by the server against the rules of Go. Only the game and a secret key in your browser are stored, no names; inactive rooms disappear after 48 hours. Anyone else with the link can watch.
